Photo taken in Sintra, Portugal near the Pena Castle. I have this constant problem. I frequently want to be somewhere other than I am, and I want to do something other than I am doing. It’s been a constant state of life for me. Well, not every moment – but I’ve spent so much time wanting to exist differently than I was.
I’ve spent so much of my life in love with Europe and wanting to return to live there, that I was surprised to want to be going to Argentina as I flew to Portugal. And, I loved Costa Rica so much, part of me wants to run right back there, to it’s nature and jungles devoid of all the houses and complexity I find in big cities.
I wonder, is it possible to want to be where you are, will that ever happen to ME? Or, am I meant to just wander and wander?
Once I asked this question wouldn’t you know that the perfect answer appeared in my inbox? My TUT message of the day came in on the very day I was asking myself about where I’m heading, will I like it, and what I’m doing now. Makes me feel like someone is looking out for me. Thanks universe!
