Go a little further. I’ve gotten this message so many times in the past few days, I think it’s fair to say the universe is sending me a clear sign!
First I thought I lost my credit cards because I didn’t look a little further in my bag. Next, I didn’t see an amazing stretch of beach in Costa Rica because I decided to turn back. Then I missed out on some great snorkeling because I didn’t go a little further in the water….
Finally, I went a little further at Playa Flamingo and discovered, too late, the restuarant I was looking for earlier in the day. If only! BUT, because I went a little further eventually, I bumped in to some friends I had made a day before on my sailing trip, and had the pleasure of convincing Phillip’s wife (they are in the photo) to sample some Guinness even though she does not like beer. Had I not ventured further, I would never have had the pleasure of bumping into them.
Once you clear the space, the universe will come a knocking. Are you ready to listen? And, when you do, can you turn an opportunity to beat yourself up for not doing something into patting yourself on the back for finally listening? 🙂
