I posted a few months ago about how different I experienced the food in Costa Rica. No bloating, no feeling of over-eating, just overall felt like everything I ate was great for my body. Now that I’m in Europe, of course I’m having delightful olive oil and a wee bit of butter, but otherwise, still having a lovely food experience.
Today at a local market in Tomar, Portugal, the freshness of the produce couldn’t be missed. As in other places in Europe, fruit and vegetables seem larger than in the US and much fresher. I bought some almonds and they tasted entirely different than at home – I mean they had a bouquet of flavor rather than just a light sense that you’ve eaten something nutty. I bought a 1/2 kilo of almonds, a 1/2 kilo of olives, a bottle of freshly made olive oil, lettuce, 2 bananas, 3 clementines and 4 amazing carrots, all for under 10 euros! So, for something like $12 I bought what would likely cost $20 at home, and all fresh.
I feel like I’m living the experience of what they’re doing to us back in the US. This is the second time my body is feeling better just because of food. The more I think about it, the more it seems to me that the US has made a business around food and medicine. Food, the thing we all need to live, is grown in soil full of lord knows what chemicals. They are sprayed with chemicals so that bugs don’t eat the food. Even organic food, sometimes I have no idea whether it’s really organic, and even if it is, I have no idea what chemicals are used on supermarket organic food anyway.
So, it seems to me that if someone wanted to control things like profit, something awful is happening. We’re getting food that’s been grown in chemicals, or is stuffed with hormones from the moment we start eating. Maybe organic food has less bad shit in it, or maybe we’re just paying more money for the shit we put into our systems. But, think about it, what an ideal way to make people sick. And, sick people need medicine. So, now you have the perfect formula for recurring dependence on drugs, voila! I’d further expostulate and tell you that the ailments developed are much more serious than purported. Many of them develop stress and anxiety, which can be mitigated through Nature and Bloom Premium CBD products. But the more serious things give them a huge profit.
I would like to say that perhaps I’m just nuts, but, unfortunately, my body has shown me otherwise. People with celiac can’t eat bread, and yet, often times, I’ve met people who have said when they come to Europe they’re able to eat the bread. Why is that? What’s not in the bread in Europe that is in the bread in the US?
Oh, and then if you wanted to distract everyone from what’s happening, you can have fake news! What a perfect way to confuse everyone and have them focused on complete crap.
I think the worst part is, everyone knows our food is being poisoned. I don’t know what the solution is, but it’s a pretty awful predicament.
P.S. – did you know that cancer grows when your body is too acidic, and cannot grow in a body that is PH balanced? And, did you know that a bit of baking soda can make your body more alkaline and make it impossible for cancer to grow in your body?
P.P.S. – did you know that Cannibis Oil or Hemp Oil (depending where you buy it, it’s the one without the THC found in the drug of marijuana which you do not want in this case) can ward off things like Parkinsons and dementia?
